?此(ci)前(qian),省(sheng)融擔公(gong)司(si)投資部通過調(diao)研了(le)解(jie)到,云(yun)南省(sheng)內售電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司(si)每年需向昆明市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)力交易(yi)中心(xin)遞(di)交一定額度的(de)“售電(dian)(dian)履約(yue)保(bao)函(han)”方(fang)可開展下一年度售電(dian)(dian)業務(wu),售電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司(si)面(mian)臨(lin)著“開函(han)費用貴(gui)、保(bao)證金繳存比例高”等問題。為滿足(zu)市(shi)(shi)場需求,公(gong)司(si)投資部走訪多(duo)(duo)家(jia)售電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司(si),到昆明市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)力交易(yi)中心(xin)了(le)解(jie)售電(dian)(dian)業務(wu)管理機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),在全(quan)面(mian)摸(mo)清售電(dian)(dian)業務(wu)運行(xing)模式后(hou),與建設銀行(xing)、浦(pu)發(fa)銀行(xing)等多(duo)(duo)家(jia)金融機(ji)(ji)構探討保(bao)函(han)風險,研發(fa)完(wan)成了(le)“售電(dian)(dian)履約(yue)保(bao)函(han)”產品。
?為解決標的(de)(de)售(shou)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)開(kai)(kai)函(han)(han)時間緊迫問題(ti),公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)與銀行合作,通過采用(yong)委托式(shi)(又稱分(fen)離式(shi))開(kai)(kai)函(han)(han)方式(shi),為標的(de)(de)售(shou)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)開(kai)(kai)出500萬元售(shou)電(dian)(dian)履(lv)約(yue)保(bao)函(han)(han),保(bao)證了標的(de)(de)售(shou)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)次年(nian)售(shou)電(dian)(dian)業(ye)務的(de)(de)正常開(kai)(kai)展。該標的(de)(de)售(shou)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)及其兄弟公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)每年(nian)在云南省(sheng)內發電(dian)(dian)、供電(dian)(dian)量約(yue)在180億(yi)(yi)度-220億(yi)(yi)度之間,承擔著我省(sheng)一定(ding)體量的(de)(de)發電(dian)(dian)、售(shou)電(dian)(dian)、保(bao)電(dian)(dian)、西(xi)電(dian)(dian)東送重任(ren)。
