工匠(jiang)
工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠的(de)(de)出現幾乎與(yu)(yu)人類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)歷史一樣久遠。習近平總書記說:“人類(lei)(lei)是(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de),社(she)會是(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)。”勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)人類(lei)(lei),恩格(ge)斯指(zhi)出,“真正(zheng)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)……是(shi)從(cong)(cong)制造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)開始(shi)的(de)(de)”。制造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)最(zui)初是(shi)將自(zi)然之物(wu)通(tong)過人類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)使其成為能夠(gou)打獵或捕魚的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju),將自(zi)然的(de)(de)石(shi)塊、動(dong)(dong)(dong)物(wu)骨頭等(deng)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)成工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju),就是(shi)最(zui)初的(de)(de)手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),這使得前人邁出了(le)人猿相(xiang)揖別的(de)(de)關鍵一步。因而(er)手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)在起(qi)源意義上就是(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)人類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)在起(qi)源意義上與(yu)(yu)人類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)出現內在關聯(lian),同時其持續地創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)著人類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)生活(huo)。手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)不僅創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)物(wu)質財(cai)富,而(er)且(qie)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)美的(de)(de)享(xiang)受。手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)從(cong)(cong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)人類(lei)(lei)生活(huo)不可或缺的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)發展到滿足人類(lei)(lei)對(dui)美的(de)(de)需求,從(cong)(cong)磨制石(shi)器(qi)到制作玉器(qi),大大豐富了(le)人類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)生活(huo)。如(ru)陶(tao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)所制作的(de)(de)陶(tao)器(qi),從(cong)(cong)簡單粗陋到不斷(duan)精致化,使得陶(tao)器(qi)不僅具(ju)(ju)有(you)實(shi)用價值(zhi),同時也具(ju)(ju)有(you)美的(de)(de)欣賞價值(zhi)。
在中(zhong)國傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)語境中(zhong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)是(shi)對所(suo)有手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(技(ji)藝(yi))人(ren)(ren)(ren),如木匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、鐵匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、銅(tong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)稱呼。荀子說:“人(ren)(ren)(ren)積耨耕而為(wei)農夫,積斫削(xue)而為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。”長(chang)期(qi)(qi)從(cong)事農業(ye)生(sheng)產的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)農夫,長(chang)期(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)斧頭(tou)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。自(zi)古以來(lai),任(ren)何一(yi)個(ge)從(cong)事工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)勞動(dong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),都是(shi)以其畢(bi)生(sheng)精力獻身(shen)于(yu)這(zhe)一(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)領域的(de)(de)。換(huan)言之(zhi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)就是(shi)從(cong)小學徒而終身(shen)從(cong)事某(mou)種匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren),如鐵匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、銅(tong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、建筑泥瓦匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)等(deng)(deng)。早在春(chun)秋戰國時期(qi)(qi),除農業(ye)之(zhi)外(wai)的(de)(de)各種手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)已經形(xing)成規模,稱為(wei)“百(bai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)”。這(zhe)些工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)能夠“審(shen)曲面(mian)勢,以飭(chi)五(wu)材,以辨(bian)民(min)器(qi)”。隨著工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)化(hua)時代的(de)(de)到(dao)來(lai),現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)已經從(cong)手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)發展到(dao)機械技(ji)術(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)和智能技(ji)術(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。技(ji)藝(yi)水(shui)平(ping)的(de)(de)發展也標志(zhi)著人(ren)(ren)(ren)類文(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)進步(bu)。中(zhong)國自(zi)古以來(lai)就是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)制造(zao)大國,無數(shu)行(xing)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)的(de)(de)創造(zao),是(shi)燦爛的(de)(de)中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)標識。在我國的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)歷史(shi)上,產生(sheng)過(guo)魯班(ban)、李春(chun)、李冰、沈括這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)(de)世(shi)界級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大師,還有遍(bian)及各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)領域里像庖丁那樣(yang)手(shou)藝(yi)出(chu)神入化(hua)的(de)(de)普通工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。
進入現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業社會,伴隨手工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)向機(ji)械(xie)技(ji)藝(yi)(yi)以及智能(neng)技(ji)藝(yi)(yi)轉(zhuan)換(huan),傳(chuan)統手工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠似(si)乎遠(yuan)離了人們(men)的(de)(de)生活,但工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠并不是消失了,而是以新(xin)的(de)(de)面貌出現了,即(ji)現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業領域(yu)里的(de)(de)新(xin)型工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠,機(ji)械(xie)技(ji)術(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠和(he)智能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠。我(wo)國(guo)要成為世界(jie)范圍內(nei)的(de)(de)制造(zao)(zao)強國(guo),面臨著(zhu)從(cong)制造(zao)(zao)大(da)國(guo)向智造(zao)(zao)大(da)國(guo)的(de)(de)升(sheng)級轉(zhuan)換(huan),對(dui)技(ji)能(neng)的(de)(de)要求直(zhi)接影響到(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業水準和(he)制造(zao)(zao)水準的(de)(de)提升(sheng),因而更需(xu)要將中(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)統文化(hua)中(zhong)所深蘊的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠文化(hua)在新(xin)時代(dai)條(tiao)件下發(fa)揚光大(da)。
工(gong)匠精神(shen)
千百年來技藝工匠的(de)(de)(de)勞動實踐(jian)即其生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)物質文(wen)明成果(guo)遍(bian)布(bu)人(ren)類生活以(yi)及(ji)審(shen)美的(de)(de)(de)各個方面,同時在(zai)精(jing)(jing)神(shen)文(wen)明層面形成了以(yi)工匠精(jing)(jing)神(shen)為核(he)心的(de)(de)(de)工匠文(wen)化。工匠精(jing)(jing)神(shen)有著十分豐富的(de)(de)(de)內涵(han):

工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)精神(shen)(shen)是(shi)對職業勞動的(de)奉獻(xian)精神(shen)(shen)。幾千年來從事技(ji)藝(yi)勞動的(de)各種工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),其社(she)會地位(wei)并(bing)不高,然而,千百年來工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)以(yi)業維生(sheng),并(bing)以(yi)技(ji)藝(yi)為立身之(zhi)本,無私地奉獻(xian)自(zi)己的(de)全部心(xin)血,提高和完善自(zi)己的(de)技(ji)藝(yi),創(chuang)造了(le)燦爛的(de)工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)文(wen)化。工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)精神(shen)(shen)就是(shi)干(gan)(gan)(gan)一(yi)(yi)行愛一(yi)(yi)行,在(zai)干(gan)(gan)(gan)中增長技(ji)藝(yi)與才能。發揚工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)精神(shen)(shen),就要提高我們的(de)愛崗敬業精神(shen)(shen),正如習近平(ping)總書記所說:“勞動沒有高低貴賤(jian)之(zhi)分,任何一(yi)(yi)份職業都很光榮(rong)。”勞動最崇高,勞動最光榮(rong),在(zai)平(ping)凡(fan)的(de)崗位(wei)干(gan)(gan)(gan)出不平(ping)凡(fan)的(de)業績,就是(shi)工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)精神(shen)(shen)的(de)體現(xian)。無論是(shi)三峽大壩、高鐵(tie)動車(che),還是(shi)航天飛船(chuan),都凝結著現(xian)代工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)的(de)心(xin)血和智慧。
