文(wen)(wen)章指出,要推動(dong)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)交(jiao)(jiao)流互(hu)鑒,推動(dong)構建人(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)命(ming)運共同體。中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)五千多(duo)年發展史充分說明(ming),無(wu)論是(shi)物種、技(ji)術,還是(shi)資(zi)源、人(ren)(ren)(ren)群(qun),甚至于思想、文(wen)(wen)化,都(dou)是(shi)在不(bu)斷傳播(bo)、交(jiao)(jiao)流、互(hu)動(dong)中得(de)以發展、得(de)以進步的。要用文(wen)(wen)明(ming)交(jiao)(jiao)流交(jiao)(jiao)融破解“文(wen)(wen)明(ming)沖突論”。堅持弘揚(yang)平(ping)等、互(hu)鑒、對話、包容的文(wen)(wen)明(ming)觀,弘揚(yang)中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)蘊含(han)的全人(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)共同價值。講好中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)故事,促使(shi)世界(jie)讀懂(dong)中國、讀懂(dong)中國人(ren)(ren)(ren)民、讀懂(dong)中國共產黨、讀懂(dong)中華(hua)民族。

今天,中(zhong)央政治(zhi)局進行第三十九(jiu)次集體學習,內容是深化(hua)(hua)中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)明探源工程(cheng)。安(an)排這(zhe)次學習,目的是深入了(le)解中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)明五千(qian)多年發展史(shi),推(tui)動(dong)把(ba)中(zhong)國(guo)文(wen)(wen)明歷(li)史(shi)研究引向深入,推(tui)動(dong)全(quan)黨(dang)全(quan)社(she)會增強(qiang)歷(li)史(shi)自覺、堅定文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自信(xin),堅定不移走(zou)中(zhong)國(guo)特色社(she)會主義(yi)道路,為全(quan)面建設(she)社(she)會主義(yi)現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)國(guo)家、實現(xian)中(zhong)華民(min)族偉(wei)大(da)復興而團結奮斗。
“史(shi)(shi)者,所(suo)以(yi)明夫治天(tian)下之道也。”黨的(de)十(shi)八大以(yi)來,我(wo)反復強調,要(yao)尊崇歷史(shi)(shi)、研究(jiu)歷史(shi)(shi),確立歷史(shi)(shi)思維(wei),傳(chuan)承(cheng)中華優秀傳(chuan)統文化。中央政治局(ju)安排(pai)過多次有關中國歷史(shi)(shi)文化方(fang)面的(de)集體(ti)學習,2020年9月就曾安排(pai)了我(wo)國考古最新(xin)發(fa)現及其意義的(de)題目,今(jin)天(tian)再安排(pai)深化中華文明探源工程(cheng)的(de)題目。
中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明源遠(yuan)流(liu)長、博大精深,是(shi)中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族獨特(te)的(de)精神(shen)標(biao)識,是(shi)當(dang)代(dai)中(zhong)國文(wen)化(hua)的(de)根基,是(shi)維系全世界華(hua)人(ren)的(de)精神(shen)紐帶,也是(shi)中(zhong)國文(wen)化(hua)創新的(de)寶(bao)藏。馬克思說,“凡是(shi)民(min)族作為民(min)族所做的(de)事(shi)情(qing),都是(shi)他們為人(ren)類社會而做的(de)事(shi)情(qing)”。在漫長的(de)歷史進程中(zhong),中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族以自(zi)強不息的(de)決心和(he)意志,篳路藍(lan)縷(lv),跋山(shan)涉(she)水,走過了(le)不同于世界其(qi)他文(wen)明體的(de)發展歷程。
“出乎史,入(ru)乎道。欲知大(da)道,必先為史。”我(wo)們(men)(men)黨歷來用歷史唯(wei)物主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)立場觀(guan)點(dian)方法(fa)看待中(zhong)華民族(zu)歷史,繼(ji)承(cheng)和弘揚中(zhong)華優秀傳統文化(hua)。早在1938年(nian),毛澤東同志就說過:“我(wo)們(men)(men)這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)民族(zu)有(you)數千年(nian)的(de)(de)歷史,有(you)它的(de)(de)特點(dian),有(you)它的(de)(de)許(xu)多(duo)珍貴品。對于(yu)這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie),我(wo)們(men)(men)還是(shi)小(xiao)學生。今天(tian)的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)是(shi)歷史的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)發展;我(wo)們(men)(men)是(shi)馬(ma)克思主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)歷史主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)者,我(wo)們(men)(men)不應(ying)(ying)當(dang)割斷(duan)歷史。從孔夫子(zi)到孫中(zhong)山,我(wo)們(men)(men)應(ying)(ying)當(dang)給以總結,承(cheng)繼(ji)這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)份珍貴的(de)(de)遺產。這(zhe)(zhe)對于(yu)指導當(dang)前的(de)(de)偉大(da)的(de)(de)運動,是(shi)有(you)重要的(de)(de)幫助的(de)(de)。”
中華文明(ming)起源,不僅是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)學者潛心研究(jiu)的(de)(de)重大課題(ti),也是(shi)國(guo)際學術界持續(xu)關注的(de)(de)研究(jiu)課題(ti)。經過幾代學者接續(xu)努力(li),中華文明(ming)探源工程(cheng)等重大工程(cheng)的(de)(de)研究(jiu)成果,實(shi)證了我(wo)國(guo)百萬年的(de)(de)人(ren)類史、一萬年的(de)(de)文化史、五千(qian)多年的(de)(de)文明(ming)史。
中華(hua)文(wen)明探源工程成績顯著,但仍然任重而道遠,必須繼續(xu)推進、不(bu)斷深化。要重點抓好以下幾項工作。

第一,加強多(duo)學科聯合(he)攻關,推動中(zhong)(zhong)華文明探(tan)源工程(cheng)取得(de)更多(duo)成(cheng)果。中(zhong)(zhong)華文明探(tan)源工程(cheng)對(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)華文明的(de)(de)起源、形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)脈(mo)絡,對(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)華文明多(duo)元一體格(ge)局的(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)和(he)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)過程(cheng),對(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)華文明的(de)(de)特點及其形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)原因等,都有(you)了(le)較為清(qing)晰的(de)(de)認識。同時,工程(cheng)取得(de)的(de)(de)成(cheng)果還是初步的(de)(de)和(he)階(jie)段(duan)性(xing)的(de)(de),還有(you)許多(duo)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)之謎(mi)等待破解,還有(you)許多(duo)重大問題(ti)需要通過實證和(he)研究達成(cheng)共識,特別是完整展(zhan)現夏(xia)朝(chao)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)還有(you)大量工作要做。
現(xian)在(zai),我(wo)們(men)運用生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)學(xue)、分子生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)學(xue)、化學(xue)、地學(xue)、物(wu)(wu)理學(xue)等(deng)前沿學(xue)科的(de)最(zui)新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)分析(xi)我(wo)國(guo)古(gu)(gu)代(dai)遺(yi)存,使中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)探(tan)源(yuan)有了堅(jian)實的(de)科技(ji)(ji)分析(xi)依據,拓展了我(wo)們(men)對中國(guo)五千多(duo)年文(wen)(wen)明(ming)史的(de)認知。對文(wen)(wen)明(ming)起(qi)源(yuan)和(he)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)探(tan)究(jiu)是一個既復雜又漫長(chang)的(de)系統工(gong)程(cheng),需要把考古(gu)(gu)探(tan)索(suo)和(he)文(wen)(wen)獻研(yan)究(jiu)同自然(ran)科學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)手段(duan)有機(ji)結合(he)(he)起(qi)來,綜合(he)(he)把握物(wu)(wu)質、精神和(he)社會(hui)關系形(xing)態等(deng)因(yin)素,逐步(bu)還原文(wen)(wen)明(ming)從涓(juan)涓(juan)溪流到江(jiang)河匯(hui)流的(de)發(fa)展歷程(cheng)。要加強(qiang)統籌規(gui)劃(hua)和(he)科學(xue)布局(ju),堅(jian)持多(duo)學(xue)科、多(duo)角(jiao)度、多(duo)層(ceng)次、全方位,密(mi)切考古(gu)(gu)學(xue)和(he)歷史學(xue)、人(ren)文(wen)(wen)科學(xue)和(he)自然(ran)科學(xue)的(de)聯(lian)合(he)(he)攻(gong)關,拓寬研(yan)究(jiu)時空范圍和(he)覆蓋(gai)領(ling)域(yu),進一步(bu)回(hui)答好(hao)中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)起(qi)源(yuan)、形(xing)成(cheng)、發(fa)展的(de)基本圖景、內在(zai)機(ji)制(zhi)以及各區域(yu)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)演進路徑等(deng)重大問題。

第二,深化研(yan)(yan)(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)特(te)質和(he)(he)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)(tai),為(wei)(wei)人類文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)新(xin)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)建設提供理論支撐。在(zai)五千(qian)多(duo)年(nian)漫長(chang)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)發(fa)展史(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)人民創造了璀璨(can)奪目的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming),為(wei)(wei)人類文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)進步事業(ye)作出(chu)了重大(da)貢獻。西方很(hen)多(duo)人習慣于(yu)把中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)看(kan)作西方現(xian)代化理論視野(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)近現(xian)代民族國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家,沒有(you)從五千(qian)多(duo)年(nian)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)史(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)角度來(lai)看(kan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),這樣(yang)就難以(yi)真正理解中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)過去(qu)、現(xian)在(zai)、未來(lai)。要(yao)把中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)起源(yuan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)特(te)質和(he)(he)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)等重大(da)問題研(yan)(yan)(yan)究緊密結合起來(lai),深入研(yan)(yan)(yan)究闡釋(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)起源(yuan)所昭示的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民族共同(tong)體發(fa)展路向(xiang)和(he)(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民族多(duo)元一體演進格局(ju),研(yan)(yan)(yan)究闡釋(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)講(jiang)仁愛、重民本、守誠信、崇正義(yi)、尚和(he)(he)合、求大(da)同(tong)的(de)(de)精神特(te)質和(he)(he)發(fa)展形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)(tai),闡明(ming)(ming)(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)道路的(de)(de)深厚文(wen)化底蘊。對中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)傳統文(wen)化,不(bu)能一概(gai)否定,要(yao)堅持(chi)古為(wei)(wei)今(jin)用(yong)、推(tui)陳(chen)出(chu)新(xin),繼(ji)承(cheng)和(he)(he)弘揚其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)優秀成(cheng)分。毛澤東同(tong)志說過:“孔夫子(zi)(zi)所以(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)圣人,是(shi)(shi)(shi)因為(wei)(wei)他(ta)是(shi)(shi)(shi)革(ge)命黨,到(dao)處(chu)參(can)加造反(fan)(fan)。說孔夫子(zi)(zi)著(zhu)春秋‘而亂臣(chen)賊子(zi)(zi)懼’,那是(shi)(shi)(shi)孟子(zi)(zi)講(jiang)的(de)(de)。其(qi)實當時孔夫子(zi)(zi)周(zhou)游列國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),就是(shi)(shi)(shi)哪(na)里(li)(li)造反(fan)(fan)他(ta)就到(dao)哪(na)里(li)(li)去(qu),哪(na)里(li)(li)想(xiang)革(ge)命他(ta)就到(dao)哪(na)里(li)(li)去(qu)。所以(yi)此人不(bu)可一筆抹煞,不(bu)能簡(jian)單地就是(shi)(shi)(shi)‘打倒孔家店’。”我(wo)們要(yao)建立中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)風格、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)氣派(pai)的(de)(de)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究學科(ke)體系(xi)、學術體系(xi)、話語體系(xi),為(wei)(wei)人類文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)新(xin)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)實踐提供有(you)力理論支撐。
第三,推動中華(hua)(hua)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)性(xing)轉化(hua)、創(chuang)新(xin)性(xing)發展(zhan),為民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)復興立根鑄魂。“學者研(yan)理(li)于(yu)經,可(ke)以正(zheng)天下之是非;征事于(yu)史,可(ke)以明古今之成敗。”我反(fan)復強(qiang)調,中華(hua)(hua)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)是中華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明的(de)智(zhi)慧結晶和(he)精(jing)華(hua)(hua)所在,是中華(hua)(hua)民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)的(de)根和(he)魂,是我們(men)在世界文(wen)(wen)化(hua)激蕩中站穩(wen)腳(jiao)跟的(de)根基。我們(men)堅持把馬克思主義基本原(yuan)理(li)同中國具體(ti)實際相(xiang)結合、同中華(hua)(hua)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)相(xiang)結合,不斷推進馬克思主義中國化(hua)時(shi)代化(hua),推動了中華(hua)(hua)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)性(xing)轉化(hua)、創(chuang)新(xin)性(xing)發展(zhan)。要堅持守正(zheng)創(chuang)新(xin),推動中華(hua)(hua)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)同社(she)會(hui)主義社(she)會(hui)相(xiang)適應,展(zhan)示中華(hua)(hua)民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)的(de)獨特精(jing)神標識,更好(hao)構筑(zhu)中國精(jing)神、中國價值、中國力量。
在推動中(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統文化創(chuang)造性(xing)轉化、創(chuang)新性(xing)發展的過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),我們要堅(jian)持馬克(ke)思主義的根本指導思想,傳(chuan)承弘揚(yang)革命文化,發展社會主義先進文化,從中(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統文化中(zhong)(zhong)尋找源(yuan)頭活水(shui)。要充分運(yun)用中(zhong)(zhong)華文明探源(yuan)工程(cheng)等研(yan)究成(cheng)果(guo),更(geng)加完整準確地(di)講述中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)古(gu)代歷史,更(geng)好發揮以史育人作用。
第(di)四,推動(dong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)交(jiao)流(liu)互(hu)鑒(jian),推動(dong)構建人類命(ming)運共同體(ti)。中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)自古就以(yi)開放包容聞名于(yu)世(shi),在同其他文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的交(jiao)流(liu)互(hu)鑒(jian)中(zhong)不斷煥發(fa)(fa)新的生(sheng)命(ming)力(li)。中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)五千多年發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)史充分(fen)說明(ming),無論是物種、技術,還是資(zi)源、人群,甚(shen)至于(yu)思(si)想、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),都是在不斷傳播、交(jiao)流(liu)、互(hu)動(dong)中(zhong)得(de)以(yi)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、得(de)以(yi)進步的。我(wo)們(men)要用文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)交(jiao)流(liu)交(jiao)融破解“文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)沖突論”。
我在(zai)亞洲文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)對話大(da)會開幕式上說過:“人類只有(you)膚色語言(yan)之別,文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)只有(you)姹紫嫣紅之別,但(dan)絕(jue)無高低優劣之分。”我們要(yao)堅持弘(hong)(hong)揚平(ping)等(deng)、互鑒、對話、包(bao)容的文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)觀,以(yi)寬廣胸(xiong)懷理(li)解不同文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)對價(jia)值(zhi)內涵的認識,尊重不同國家(jia)人民對自身發展(zhan)道路的探索,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)交流超(chao)(chao)越文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)隔閡,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)互鑒超(chao)(chao)越文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)沖突,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)共(gong)存超(chao)(chao)越文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)優越,弘(hong)(hong)揚中華文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)蘊(yun)含(han)的全人類共(gong)同價(jia)值(zhi)。

第五,讓更多(duo)文(wen)(wen)物和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺(yi)產(chan)(chan)活起來,營造(zao)傳承(cheng)中華文(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)濃厚(hou)社(she)會氛圍(wei)。文(wen)(wen)物和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺(yi)產(chan)(chan)承(cheng)載著(zhu)中華民族的(de)基因和(he)血脈,是(shi)不(bu)可(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)、不(bu)可(ke)(ke)替代的(de)中華優秀文(wen)(wen)明(ming)資(zi)源。我(wo)們要積極推進文(wen)(wen)物保護利用(yong)和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺(yi)產(chan)(chan)保護傳承(cheng),挖掘文(wen)(wen)物和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺(yi)產(chan)(chan)的(de)多(duo)重價值,傳播(bo)更多(duo)承(cheng)載中華文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、中國精神的(de)價值符號和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)。
