  初步核(he)算(suan),全年(nian)國(guo)內生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)總(zong)值(zhi)(zhi)1260582億(yi)元,按不變價格(ge)計算(suan),比上(shang)年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.2%。分(fen)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)看(kan),第(di)一(yi)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加值(zhi)(zhi)89755億(yi)元,比上(shang)年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.1%;第(di)二產(chan)(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加值(zhi)(zhi)482589億(yi)元,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.7%;第(di)三(san)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加值(zhi)(zhi)688238億(yi)元,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.8%。分(fen)季(ji)(ji)度(du)看(kan),一(yi)季(ji)(ji)度(du)國(guo)內生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)總(zong)值(zhi)(zhi)同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.5%,二季(ji)(ji)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.3%,三(san)季(ji)(ji)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.9%,四季(ji)(ji)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.2%。從環比看(kan),四季(ji)(ji)度(du)國(guo)內生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)總(zong)值(zhi)(zhi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)1.0%。


  一、糧食產量再創新高,畜牧業生產穩定增長

  二、工業生產穩步回升,裝備制造業增長較快

  三、服務業增長較快,接觸型聚集型服務業明顯改善


  全年(nian)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值比(bi)上年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長5.8%。其(qi)(qi)中,住(zhu)宿(su)和(he)(he)(he)(he)餐(can)飲(yin)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)輸(shu)、軟件(jian)和(he)(he)(he)(he)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)技術(shu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),租賃和(he)(he)(he)(he)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),交通運輸(shu)、倉儲和(he)(he)(he)(he)郵(you)政業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),金(jin)融(rong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),批發和(he)(he)(he)(he)零售業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值分(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長14.5%、11.9%、9.3%、8.0%、6.8%、6.2%。12月份(fen),服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產指(zhi)數同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長8.5%;其(qi)(qi)中,住(zhu)宿(su)和(he)(he)(he)(he)餐(can)飲(yin)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)輸(shu)、軟件(jian)和(he)(he)(he)(he)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)技術(shu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產指(zhi)數分(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長34.8%、13.8%。1—11月份(fen),規模以上服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收入同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長8.5%。其(qi)(qi)中,文化、體育和(he)(he)(he)(he)娛樂(le)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)輸(shu)、軟件(jian)和(he)(he)(he)(he)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)技術(shu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),租賃和(he)(he)(he)(he)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收入分(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長18.9%、12.8%、12.7%。


  四、市場銷售較快恢復,服務消費快速增長

  五、固定資產投資規模增加,高技術產業投資增勢較好


  全(quan)年(nian)全(quan)國(guo)固定資(zi)(zi)產投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(不含(han)農戶)503036億(yi)元(yuan),比(bi)上年(nian)增(zeng)長3.0%;扣(kou)除(chu)價格因素(su)影響,增(zeng)長6.4%。分(fen)領域看,基礎設(she)施投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長5.9%,制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長6.5%,房(fang)地(di)產開發(fa)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)9.6%。全(quan)國(guo)商(shang)品(pin)房(fang)銷(xiao)售(shou)面(mian)積111735萬(wan)平方米,下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)8.5%;商(shang)品(pin)房(fang)銷(xiao)售(shou)額116622億(yi)元(yuan),下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)6.5%。分(fen)產業(ye)看,第一產業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)0.1%,第二產業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長9.0%,第三產業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長0.4%。民間(jian)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)0.4%;扣(kou)除(chu)房(fang)地(di)產開發(fa)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi),民間(jian)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長9.2%。高技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)產業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長10.3%,快于全(quan)部投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)7.3個(ge)百分(fen)點。其(qi)中,高技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)、高技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)分(fen)別增(zeng)長9.9%、11.4%。高技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)中,航(hang)空、航(hang)天(tian)器及設(she)備制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業(ye),計算機及辦公設(she)備制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業(ye),電(dian)子(zi)及通信(xin)設(she)備制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)分(fen)別增(zeng)長18.4%、14.5%、11.1%;高技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務業(ye)中,科技(ji)(ji)成果轉化(hua)服(fu)務業(ye)、電(dian)子(zi)商(shang)務服(fu)務業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)分(fen)別增(zeng)長31.8%、29.2%。12月(yue)份(fen),固定資(zi)(zi)產投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(不含(han)農戶)環(huan)比(bi)增(zeng)長0.09%。


  六、貨物進出口總體平穩,貿易結構持續優化


  全年(nian)貨(huo)物進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口總額(e)417568億元(yuan),比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)0.2%。其中(zhong),出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口237726億元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)0.6%;進(jin)口179842億元(yuan),下降0.3%。進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口相(xiang)抵,貿(mao)易(yi)順(shun)差57884億元(yuan)。民營企業進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.3%,占進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口總額(e)的(de)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)為53.5%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年(nian)提(ti)高(gao)3.1個百(bai)分點。對共建“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路”國家進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.8%,占進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口總額(e)的(de)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)為46.6%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年(nian)提(ti)高(gao)1.2個百(bai)分點。機(ji)電產品出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.9%,占出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口總額(e)的(de)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)為58.6%。12月份(fen),貨(huo)物進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口總額(e)38098億元(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.8%。其中(zhong),出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口21754億元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)3.8%;進(jin)口16345億元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)1.6%。


  七、居民消費價格小幅上漲,核心CPI總體平穩

  網上零(ling)售額(e)是(shi)指通過(guo)公共(gong)網絡交易平臺(包括(kuo)自建網站和(he)(he)第(di)三方平臺)實(shi)現(xian)的(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)和(he)(he)服務(wu)(wu)零(ling)售額(e)之和(he)(he)。商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)和(he)(he)服務(wu)(wu)包括(kuo)實(shi)物商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)和(he)(he)非實(shi)物商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)(如虛擬(ni)商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)、服務(wu)(wu)類商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)等)。


  社會消費品零售總額包括實物商品網上零售額,不包括非實物商品網上零售額。


  (6)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)零(ling)售額指企業(產(chan)業活動單(dan)位、個(ge)體戶)以交易形式直接提(ti)供給(gei)個(ge)人和(he)(he)其他單(dan)位非生產(chan)、非經營用的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)價值(zhi)總和(he)(he),旨在反映服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)提(ti)供方以貨(huo)幣形式銷售的屬于消(xiao)費的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)價值(zhi),包括(kuo)交通、住宿(su)、餐飲、教育、衛生、體育、娛樂等領域服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)活動的零(ling)售額。


  (7)固定資(zi)產投資(zi)增速按(an)可比口徑(jing)計算。


  (8)進(jin)出口數據來源于海關總(zong)署(shu)。


  (9)就業人員是指(zhi)16周歲及以(yi)上,有勞(lao)動(dong)能力,為(wei)取得勞(lao)動(dong)報(bao)酬(chou)或經營收入而從事一定社會勞(lao)動(dong)的(de)人員。


  (10)為更好反映就業(ye)(ye)(ye)情(qing)況,國(guo)家統計局對勞動力調查統計制度進(jin)(jin)行了(le)完善,測算并發布不包含在校生的16—24歲(sui)、25—29歲(sui)、30—59歲(sui)勞動力調查失業(ye)(ye)(ye)率(lv),更精準反映已畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)進(jin)(jin)入社會、真正需要工(gong)作青年的就業(ye)(ye)(ye)失業(ye)(ye)(ye)情(qing)況,更完整反映青年從學校畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)到(dao)穩定(ding)工(gong)作過程(cheng)中的就業(ye)(ye)(ye)失業(ye)(ye)(ye)全(quan)貌。


  (11)農(nong)(nong)民(min)(min)工是(shi)指戶(hu)籍(ji)仍在(zai)農(nong)(nong)村,進城務(wu)工和(he)在(zai)當(dang)地(di)或異地(di)從(cong)事非農(nong)(nong)產業勞動(dong)(dong)6個月及以上的(de)勞動(dong)(dong)者。本地(di)農(nong)(nong)民(min)(min)工是(shi)指在(zai)戶(hu)籍(ji)所在(zai)鄉鎮地(di)域內從(cong)業的(de)農(nong)(nong)民(min)(min)工。外出(chu)農(nong)(nong)民(min)(min)工是(shi)指在(zai)戶(hu)籍(ji)所在(zai)鄉鎮地(di)域外從(cong)業的(de)農(nong)(nong)民(min)(min)工。


  (12)全國居民人(ren)均(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)中位(wei)數是(shi)指將所有(you)調查戶按(an)人(ren)均(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)水(shui)平從低(di)到高順序排列,處于(yu)最(zui)中間位(wei)置的調查戶的人(ren)均(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)。


  全國居民人均可支(zhi)配收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)五等(deng)(deng)份分組(zu)(zu)是指將所有調查戶按(an)人均收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)水(shui)平從低到高順(shun)序排列,平均分為(wei)五個等(deng)(deng)份,處于(yu)最高20%的收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)群體為(wei)高收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)組(zu)(zu),依(yi)此類推依(yi)次為(wei)中間偏(pian)(pian)上收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)組(zu)(zu)、中間收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)組(zu)(zu)、中間偏(pian)(pian)下收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)組(zu)(zu)、低收(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)組(zu)(zu)。
